is it really over?

Where does the time go? I can hardly believe that the semester is over already. It seems like I just moved in a few days ago. Finals start tomorrow and I have absolutely no motivation to study whatsoever. I just don't care about who painted the Pieta and when and in what art era. Sorry, but I just highly doubt that I will ever use that information ever again. This weekend was fun. It started on Thrusday. I got the case of the hypers around 11 pm on Thrusday night and it didn't end till about 5 am Friday morning. It's a good thing that Kaylyn had a huge art project to do and I was able to stay up with her. Mac Photo Booth is addicting and stinking hilarious! That's all I have to say on that subject. So needless to say I was dead on Friday. After my test, I came back and slept for a few hours. Only to be awaken by a phone call from the most random kid ever. To preface this I will tell you this part of the story: So if any of you are friends with me on Facebook, I added an album of this kid climbing a tree that is located outside of my window because I thought it was funny. Apparently this kid got wind of it, and wanted me to add him as a friend on Facebook so he could see the pictures. And because I didn't add him right away, he calls my room @ 4:30 in the afternoon and woke me up and says, "Uh, is Kaitlin there?" I am hurridly running through all the guys I know on campus and trying to match up the voice with them. And I realize that I do not know this voice. So I say, "This is she." "Get on Facebook," the voice says. I am so perplexed and not awake I stutter..."uhhh, why?" "I want to see those pictures you took of me," the voice replies. My mind suddenly kicks into gear that this is the kid I took pictures of only a few days before. "Oh CRAP!" my brain screams. I asked if he was mad and he said no and that he thought it was funny. So I get on Facebook and add him. Because, what damage can this do? Oh, little did I know. He not only adds me, but everyone that commented on the pictures, and some of the girls on my floor! Werid... But after laughing about it for like 2 hours, Ashely and I go to the basketball game, where IWU desimated IU- South Bend. And these two adorable little black girls come up to us because they wanted to watch one of the players on the team. So cute! Instant friends. Then last night, I went with Kelly down to IUPUI (Indaina University, Purdue University or Indianapolis) to watch our boys. SUCH A GOOD GAME! There was acctually a pretty large crowd from IWU there and in the second half we got into it and the team came back to pull within 2. But the other team hit some 3's and the refs made terrible calls. (I let them know that too.) But it was really fun getting to know Kelly better. We acctually have a lot in common and we laughed like the whole way home. Finals are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then home! For a glorious 3 and half weeks of home cooked food, unseen friends, and time to relax! Somehow I need to get motivation to study. Somehow, I don't see that happening.
