tis sad

So last night, I was truly blown away by the majesty of God. I was sitting in my room working on some stuff, and I went to go look out my window and saw the most amazing sight. The clouds were all different colors. Yesterday it literally rained all day and it was quite dreary. However around 7:30, that all ended. The sun came out for an incredible sunset. I grabbed my roommates camera because mine is dead at the moment and ran outside. As I looked westward, there were even more brillant colors comming from a sunset. So, I did what any lover of sunsets would do...I jumped in my car and drove west. Wow, that makes it sound like I drove forever. It's about a block from school to get to this field where the sunsets can be seen for miles. So I pulled into a deserated parking lot and started taking pictures. They really don't do justice to the sunset. You're probably wondering where the sad part comes in. Well, my roommate unfornuately left her USB cable at home. So I cannot get the pictures off the camera until she gets that. Thats the really sad part. However, God taught me a lesson in this. Even when things seem terrible, like there will never be an end to the rain in your life and you are wet, cold, and things are falling apart...There is always an beautiful sunset to the hard times and the next day dawns sunny and wonderful. Never thought that the weather could teach you that much did you? Well, neither did I.
