You know what I hate...professors that have no idea what they are talking about. Seriously, big pet peeve. Maybe its because I am paying so stinkin much to get a good education but, ya know. So today in one of my classes, the prof is going over how to do lesson plans. And I swear, this man has never asked anyone in the education department how to do lesson plans. Ridiculous. I could have taught that class better than he did. It's not like I don't know how to write a lesson plan...I've written a bazillion. It's just the fact that there are others in that class that never have written a lesson plan and need a little bit more direction than he's giving. Grrrr.... Sorry, I just had to vent right then. So I had a little scare with my laptop yesterday. I was in the student center writing a paper and of course I want to get on the internet. I bring up the connections and click on the appropriate server to connect. The computer is telling me that I am connected and I have an excellent signal...However, there was no internet to be had. Little panicked that my wireless card had finally bit the dust. But no, come to find out my IP address was set to a specific server. Thanks guys...Almost caused me another needless heart attack with this thing. ;) jk
