Going Back to My Roots

So, last night...well, probably the most interesting night I have had since I came to IWU. So, I couldn't get to sleep very well. I think I may have slepted from 12:30 to mabe 2:30...I'm not quite sure. But after I layed in bed for long...I got up to go to the bathroom and who did I find on the couch 'sleeping'? Katie. I looked over her and must have said "hmm" and started to walk away when Kt goes.."Hey...come here, sit next to me." So she tells me about her sleepless night. After a long talk with God, Kt finally knows what she wants to do. MUSIC!!! I could have told her that. All she does is sing, or play her guitar or talk about that one time at band camp...no, she really did go to band camp! lol. So I basically got 4 hours of sleep. Manged to drag myself out of bed around 7:30 and get around. Went back to my roots today. My trusty old pair of ripp off pants and a very old Elmira College Soccer cut off shirt was doned...threw on a Michigan St. hoodie and off Kt and I went to breakfast. I was so comfortable today. Almost fell asleep in chaple. I won't even go there. Classes were well...let's say...they were classes. Anatomy is starting to become a little overwhelming. There are so many bones, and tissues, and muscles, and God know what else to learn. I mean I only studied the skull tonight and it took me a good HOUR AND A HALF to memorize the bones. I mean, am I really going to care if there is a foramen in my chin when I am playing kickball with 8th graders in 5 years? Seriously? (a foramen is a hole for all those who don't know) Ok...apparently we are supposed to be looking up classes for next semester. haha, I'm behind. Thank God for Laura. So I am feeling those 4 hours comming up behind me to knock me on my back. So I think I am going to turn in AND it's only 11:09!!!! Whoohhoo for me. lol night!
