Goodbye and God Bless

Well, this day finally came. It is my last day at home, well, until Thanksgiving. I look around this house in every nook and cranny filled with memories. But, I have to remember that it is time to make new memories, new friends in a new place. It is a little surreal in the fact that the day I and so many others have dreamed about comes tomorrow and instead of feeling like bouncing on the walls, I am filled with anticipation, worry, joy, pain, and so many others that I cannot even describe. College is the most confusing thing in the entire world at this moment. But, I have to keep reminding myself that this is God’s will for me. When I am on the campus I am at peace because this is where God wants me to grow and learn. Though I may feel as though things are falling apart, they are falling apart in God’s hands and he is the ultimate super gluer. To you-thank you, you all have been wonderful friends to me. I so appreciate the laughs, the shoulders I cried on, the bashing sessions, and the memories that we have shared. I will miss you all. I will definitely try to email and AOL as much as possible. But you know I am only a phone call away. I appreciate your thoughts and your prayers. They mean so much to me. The next time I blog, I will be at IWU. How cool is that? I will take a page out of Haley’s book and wish you all “Goodbye and God bless.”
