"I'll Be Back"

Ok, so let's get excited about college!!! 6 stinkin' days my friends. Then I am officially a student at Indiana Wesleyan University. WHOA...I know, freaky even for me. But I think I have been dreading the moment that I pull away from my home in the country, I say goodbye to the room that has held all the laughter and the tears for so many years. The backyard that I played in with Moses and Toby and Oliver and Pumpkin. The meals with my parents and family at Thanksgiving. And so on and so forth. But I think that I have been believing that I can't make a home other than here. DUH KAITLIN!!! I can be the stupidest person ever sometimes. I already made another home and I can't imagine leaving there either. Chambers. Well, I left there, but I'll be back. Boy, I sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger. hehe. But I will be back. I will be home at Thanksgiving and Christmas and Spring Break and over the summer. My parents are never than more than a phone call or e-mail away. And I will be ok. It's acctually good ol' Brett that got me thinking about it. He is so excited about going to college. All of us came to see him off this morning. It was nice to have everyone around praying for him. We were so unified. Brett unknowingly gave me strength. He was so nonchalant as we packed the van and Kaylyn decieded what clothes he was going to take and I made him take his new sneakers. (You will thank me some day.) He is going through the same thing that I will be in 6 days. Brett is always the leader even when he doesn't mean to be. He is a great guy and I will miss him. Kendra-You'll be ok. Maybe not today, tommorrow or the next day, but you will be. This is what is right for Brett. You will understand when you go off to college. I love you hun.
